Reservation Terms & Conditions

YOU MAY CANCELL YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THIS CONFIRMATION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY INFORMATION LISTED ON THIS FORM. (NOT APPLICABLE TO RESERVATIONS BOOKED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF ARRIVAL.)

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel less then 61 days prior to your arrival date there will be no refund. If you cancel at least 61 days prior to your arrival date a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rent plus booking fee and tax will be charged. There are no refunds for poor snow or road conditions, severe weather or early departure. Cancellation policy excluded if you have purchased the Vacation Rental Protection Plan through Mammoth Property Reservations (travel insurance provided by Travel Guard). If interested, call for additional information on travel services.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Half payment is due at time of booking. Balance in full is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. For Christmas/New Year's reservations, half payment is due at time of booking and balance in full is due on September 1st.

CHANGES:

There is a $20.00 charge, plus tax, for changing the dates of your reservation or transferring to a different unit. No changes will be allowed less then 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you have purchased the Vacation Rental Protection Plan through Mammoth Property Reservations, your coverage may not be valid for reservation changes, please call Travel Guard at 1-877-387-2835 to verify.

PETS:

If we determine that, during your stay, you have brought a pet into a unit which does not allow pets your credit card will be charged a $300.00 fee and you will be required to vacate the premises immediately.

NON-SMOKING:

All units are non-smoking! If we determine that, during your stay, you have smoked inside the unit, there will be a $300.00 fine charged to your credit card.

GROUP POLICY:

If you have booked 3 or more units, there will be a $250.00 security deposit charged per each booking. This deposit will be charged one week prior to your arrival date. Deposit refundable 7-10 days following departure date provided units are damage free. No buses allowed! If you show up with a bus, there will be a $500.00 fine charged to your credit card.

OCCUPANCY:

Exceeding maximum occupancy (stated above) for a rental unit constitutes defrauding an innkeeper under California Penal Code #537 and such fraud is punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.00 and/or imprisonment for up to 3 years. In addition, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately and you will be charged an additional $25.00 per extra person per night plus tax.

COMMON AREA:

Mammoth Property Reservations is not responsible for common area facilities, including hot tub/spa, pool, etc.

HOT TUB/SPA:

Due to the possibility of accident or injury, Landlord, Owner and Agent prohibit children under the age of 18 from using hot tubs. Tenant and its guests acknowledge that use of hot tubs is at their own risk to injury and damage from the chemicals used to keep hot tubs sanitary which may cause fading in some swimsuits and some individuals may experience mild skin rashes; pregnant women and people with heart conditions or pace-makers are not allowed use of the hot tubs and enter it at their own risk and agree to hold Landlord, Owner and Agent harmless.

QUIET TIME:

Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. If a noise complaint is reported on your unit, there will be a $75.00 fee charged to your credit card for the first complaint and $100.00 fee charged for each additional complaint.

DAMAGE/THEFT:

Renter assumes responsibility for any damages to or theft from the unit, including towels and linens.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00PM

- During holidays and weekends, check-in time may be after 4:00pm. We appreciate your patience!

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00AM

- If there are any persons or possessions remaining in the unit after check out time without prior approval, all personal items will be removed so that the unit can be cleaned for the next guest and the renter's credit card will be charged for an amount equal to a one night stay at the current rental rate. Mammoth Properties Reservations will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items.

PARKING POLICY:

There is one guaranteed parking space per unit, a second vehicle will be accommodated upon space availability.

INDEMNITY:

Tenant(s)agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mammoth Property Reservations and the Owner for, from and against any and all claims, losses, demands or other liability whatsoever for personal injury or damage to or loss of property arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission to act of Tenant(s), or guests or invitees of Tenant(s).

Mammoth Property Reservations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
